While most of the site is accessible with no obligation or subscription, access to certain services does necessitate an online registration.
Subscribing to Cityvox.com consists of creating your personal profile in the Club Cityvox section. Once you have registered, you will receive a message from Cityvox.com by email. This message contains a link which you must click on to CONFIRM your registration.
Your username and password let you connect to your personal profile from Cityvox.com or from Webcity.fr. This password is strictly confidential.
Upon subscribing to Club Cityvox, you accept the rules defined in the present Members Charter and accept that they can change at any moment. The rules defined in the present Members Charter are continuously updated and available on the website.
We have drafted these rules for your protection, in order to assure you that Cityvox.com and Webcity.fr make up a space of communication that is safe and convivial for all users.
By accepting these conditions you accept full responsibility for all of your contributions to the website.

Cityvox SAS reserves the right to suspend all or part of its services without prior notification. In addition, the user accepts that he or she can make no claims in the case of total or partial interruption of the services offered on the site.

Our Philosophy

Cityvox SAS promises to keep your private life private and to protect your personal information . If you feel we have breached this commitment, please inform us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page.
We're taking every internal measure necessary to rectify the situation. All the same, if we find that you are not upholding the Members Charter you signed when joining Club Cityvox, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.


When do you gather my personal information?

When we need any personal information concerning you, we will explicitly request your permission. This information allows us to personalise your visit on our site as well as your services, or simply to contact you. We gather data on you when you register on our website (ie: first name, surname, username, address, gender, age, e-mail, etc.), when you respond to a survey, when you buy a product, and/or when you participate in an online contest. Any information that is obligatory will be indicated to you clearly.


Is my personal information protected?

All personal data we obtain are stocked in our secure, managed database network, and are NOT available to the public or to any outside party (excepting our service technicians, who uphold these same constraints by the same obligations of confidentiality and security as we do). We allow you to directly update certain data online via your personal profile. Other information can be also modified upon written request. Cityvox SAS cannot, however, guarantee you constant access to your profile via the website, notably in case of computer server malfunction.

We use the information in your profile generally as a way to facilitate your navigation on our website and to assure our personalised services.


Does any of my information get sent to an outside party?

  • Your personal data will never be transmitted to an outside party without your expressed prior consent.
  • Content partners or service partners: In the framework of agreements with content partners or service partners, Cityvox SAS shall use information from your profile in order to offer you a wider and more targeted range of services or products on Cityvox.com or on a partner's website. Moreover, you accept the right of Cityvox SAS to publish, without remuneration of any nature, for all or part of your opinions, as if they were a part of the public domain, on its website as well as on any support known or even unknown yet to this day, including in particular, the possibility of using them commercially or publishing them on their partner sites.
  • In other respects, Cityvox SAS reserves the right to delete any opinions that do not uphold the rules described in the present charter--rules established for the good of all. Morevoer, in such a case, Cityvox SAS reserves the right to cancel your subscription and to potentially commence any necessary legal steps.

  • Is any information sent out for statistical purposes?

    Cityvox SAS is authorised to communicate the results of any statistical studies (anonymous gathered information on group characteristics) which concern its sites' activity to advertising sales agencies, potential advertisers, and internet researchers.


    Limitation of responsibility of Cityvox SAS

  • Cityvox.com website contains user opinions and recommendations by its content partners. Cityvox SAS can in no way be held responsible for either the validity or the update of information published on its website.
  • From its website, Cityvox SAS may also offer you access to links to other websites or to editorial content on its partners' websites. Cityvox SAS cannot be held responsible for the nature or the validity of this content.
